Group photo of the San Diego Zoo HTHMA interns. On this day, we visited the Wild Animal Park's Institute and Clinic. We saw a C-Section performed on an Antelope. We also saw all the scientists in action, and overall this day was really interesting.

This was today! Early in the morning, we were able to meet the cute Sea Lion, Jake. We also got to see what they keep in the back for the shows like the Cheetahs, Hyenas, and Wolves.

I got a kiss from Jake, the Sea Lion. I was really nervous so please excuse my face!

A few days ago at lunch, Alana and I went to go visit the Sea Otters in the Children's Zoo. This little guy swam around in circles, then repeatedly came up, stood on his legs, and stared at us.

Today, we went to see the baby Panda. This was the only time he woke up.

This is one of the sister Pandas. I thought she was so cute, and I'm so glad I got a clear shot of her face.

This is Bo. He is one of the Western Lowland Gorillas I am studying and he is about 2 years old. He's a brave little guy and loves playing with his dad and the other baby in his troop, Ekuba.

This is Frank. Everyone at the Zoo adores Frank because he is the youngest out of all the Gorillas (A year and four months). He is very small, loves to play and tap on the glass, and loves to chest beat which he is doing here!
